Cancellations & Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule a session. Refunds for appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to administrative discretion.

3. Physical & Digital Products

Handcrafted Items: Custom crystal bracelets are made-to-order using natural materials. Minor variations in color, size, and pattern are unique features of natural stones and do not constitute defects.

Returns & Refunds: Due to the custom nature of handcrafted jewelry and the immediate access of digital downloads, all physical and digital product sales are final. If a physical item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs for assistance.

Shipping: Souldust Fae is not liable for delayed, lost, or stolen packages once dispatched to the delivery carrier.
